  • How can I cancel or modify my order?

It is not possible to modify or cancel an order. Returns for a refund are possible within 3 weeks from the date your order was confirmed.

  • How long does it take to prepare my order?

We prepare orders within 24 to 48 hours. This timeframe may be extended depending on the distribution of the ordered items across our different stores.

  • Has my order been processed?

Your order is processed when it appears as "in progress" or "ready to ship." When you place an order, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order number; please check your spam folder.

  • I can't pay online, what should I do?

If you are unable to pay online, first check the availability of the item(s) and the accuracy of the delivery address provided. If all information is complete and you still cannot pay, please write to info@lesstocksdumarais.com.

  • Where can I find my invoice?

You will find your invoice in your account, under the "my orders" section.

  • What are the different payment methods?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, and via Alma for payments in installments.

  • My promotional code is not working?

Promotional codes are applicable once per customer per code.

  • My package was returned to the sender, what should I do?

In case of a return to the sender, your order will be automatically refunded. Reshipping is not possible.

  • What are the delivery times?

Once the order is confirmed, allow 48 to 72 hours for your package to be shipped. This preparation time may vary depending on the products ordered and their distribution in our stores. Delivery times are communicated by our transport providers.

  • Is it possible to modify the delivery information?

Once the order is confirmed, it is impossible to modify the delivery method or address.

  • Is it possible to have it delivered to a store?

You can have it delivered to a store. To do this, simply select "pickup Les Stocks Du Marais" as the delivery method and Agnès will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the store where your order is available.

The order is available for pickup within 15 days. Les Stocks du Marais reserves the right to refund the order once this period has expired.

  • Do you deliver to a relay point?

Of course, we deliver to a relay point! To do this, simply select "delivery to a relay point" as the delivery method and choose the relay point that suits you best.

  • How to track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Tracking will also be available on your Les Stocks Du Marais account, under "my orders".

  • What is the return period?

You have 30 days from the order date to return an item to us. Any claim beyond this period will not be accepted and Les Stocks du Marais will be released from all liability.

Items must not have been worn and must still have all their tags.

  • Can I exchange items from my order?

No, we do not process exchanges. You can return your order to us and place a new one.

  • How do I submit my return request?  

For orders in France, log in to your account and go to the "my orders" section, where you can submit your return request. We will provide you with a Colissimo return label and a return slip to include in your return package, available for download in your personal space. Only one return per order is available and offered free of charge.

  • How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded directly to the card used for the purchase if paid by card, and via PayPal if paid by PayPal. Bank processing times are 8 to 10 days for credit card payments.
