It is not possible to modify or cancel an order. Returns for a refund are possible within 3 weeks from the date your order was confirmed.
We prepare orders within 24 to 48 hours. This period may be extended depending on the distribution of the ordered items among our different stores.
You can find your order in your Les Stocks Du Marais account, under "my orders".
Your order is processed when it appears as "in progress" or "ready to ship". When you place an order, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order number; remember to check your spam folder.
If you are unable to pay online, first check the availability of the part(s) and the accuracy of the delivery address provided. If the information is complete and you are still unable to pay, please email info@lesstocksdumarais.com.
You will find your invoice in your account, under "my orders".
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or Alma for installment payments.
If your order is returned to sender, it will be automatically refunded. Reshipment is not possible.
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 48 to 72 hours for your package to be dispatched. This preparation time may vary depending on the products ordered and their distribution across our stores. Delivery times are communicated by our transport providers.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery method or address.
You can have your order delivered to a store. To do this, please select "Les Stocks Du Marais pickup" as the delivery method, and Agnès will contact you as soon as possible to let you know which store your order is available in.
Of course, we deliver to a relay point! To do so, please simply select "delivery to a relay point" as your delivery method and choose the relay point that suits you best.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking will also be available in your Les Stocks Du Marais account, under "my orders."
You have 30 days from the order date to return your items to us. Items must not have been worn and must still have all their tags.
No, we do not do exchanges. You can return your order to us and place a new one.
For orders in France, log in to your account and go to "my orders" section, where you can make your return request. We will provide you with a Colissimo return label and a return form to insert in your return package, available for download in your personal area. Only one return is available and offered per order.
You will be reimbursed directly to the card used for the purchase if paid by card, and via PayPal if paid by PayPal.
